[TB] Elect your Map of the Year 2015

Hello Wolf:ET community!

I hope you’re having an awesome pre-christmas time & you are all preparing for the holidays

As the year comes to an end we, TrackBase, want to know: What was your absolute favorite map of the year?
Where did you make the most frags or where did you win the map the most? We, however, require you for that. It’s your opinion, and based on that, we want to elect the “Map Of The Year 2015” (MOTY15).

How can I participate?
You can post your most favorite map in our thread. Don’t be afraid of posting if someone already posted that map, since we want to pre-elect the most voted maps on the forum and will start another, final voting in one week.

How long do I have time?
The pre-voting phase starts now and ends at 24-12-15 23:59:59 UTC+1. Posts after that won’t be counted.

I don’t have a TB account but still want to participate. How can I do that?
Well, since not all of you may have a TB account, we wanted to give you a chance to vote as well.
We’re posting on our Facebook, Twitter & Google+ page about this as well.
With the hashtag #TBMOTY15Pre you can participate. Just name the map in your post and add the hashtag.

Why should I participate?
Well, since that’s a serious question, here’s a quick and teasing answer:
We’re giving away 2x 150 TBP (1x pre-vote, 1x final vote) for two lucky randomly-picked winners.
Anyone can win. Even the participants using the social media hashtag.

I thank you in advance for your help finding the most loved map of 2015.

5 Years of TrackBase

5 years ago, 10-10-2010. I remember it as if it were yesterday. Trackbase was supposed to start and go live 20 days later, at the first of November. Instead of waiting that amount of days, I, as geek, kinda loved the beauty of the release date 10-10-’10. So beautiful, that cannot go without (ab)using it. It’s really strange writing this as well. It all started as a test setup, and grew out to a serious tracker.

5 years have passed, we’ve had a numerous amount of staff helping out, handling people’s questions, rate transfers and more. We will never forget all the effort our former staff members have put into this website. But what about all the incredible users of this website? There are so many community members that still help out every day. Adding map screenshots, adding map information and suggesting new movies. A big thanks goes out to all of you!

We’ve still got a lot for you guys in the pipeline and developer Jonny hasn’t been sitting still around. You should definitely check out the new clan page and integrated clan forums which now exist. You may need to update the image to fit the new proportions though
