  2. Same here. Luckily I got all my stuff in a private cloud storage since my external HDD died last year. Quite handy also having storage space in the cloud so I can get them whereever I am.
  3. Good idea with backing up your Wolf ET stuff. I personally backup everything that is important to me, including all of my Rtcw stuff (both mapping and works by others in the community). 😎
  4. ET 2 Remake Update 2 💯 -Fixed crosshair ✅ -Sounds ✅ -Primary weapon ✅ -Secondary weapon ✅ -Grenades ✅ -Hitsounds ✅ if you have any suggestions, want to help or follow the process, make sure you join their Discord Server Source: Wolfenstein Enemy Territory Online on Facebook
  5. the model is dead and burried anyhow
  6. Isn‘t medic best distributed in a solid box rather than in a sack? The German army gets potatos in such a sack but certainly not the life saving medic 🙂
  7. Feck it´s hot..gimme winter now🏴‍☠️

  8. It is so true, and its all what TWT is about
  9. Not enough folks in the discord or selfish folks that don‘t wanna share their knowledge. The latter I hate most. I experienced this many times myself that I tried to help wherever possible and then the same folks who I helped don‘t share their knowledge but throw out maps proofing that they actually have the knowledge and could have helped. Drives me nuts....
  10. I will buy one.. simple as that.. I need a laptop, not a desktop so I dont wanna build that
  11. That bad huh? Yeah, seems like a good idea to figure out by your self. ;)
  12. Rip pc :( If your budget allows it, go for it. Do you gonna build your own or buy a "ready package"?
  13. yea, I brought mine to life for yet a while by dropping it in the table... but it will soon be dead
  14. As you mention this, mine died too some weeks back. Luckily i had all ET stuff stored on an external drive.
  15. Ok so you wanna start mapping, well the first thing you do is to install original ET wich you find here:SD ET. what you do next is to install this in a CUSTOM location where you have all rights, program files on these newer OS's isnt any good anymore. So go on and install it in ex: C/Games. When it is done you have the mapping enviroment set up. Next is the mapping tool wich is gtk radiant. this you will find at icculus.org. Download the version you want to use, if you choose the latest version you will download a zip file, dont worry it wont be so hard anyhow to install. unzip the archive into ex. Games again. now in that folder you will find the radiant exe. start up and it will ask for what game you wanna map to. choose wolfenstein enemy territory, next is where it finds the engine. be sure to set this to where the ET.exe is, NOT etmain. and voila you should be good to start mapping. I would suggest to start on this tutorial to get the grip of it: http://www.pythononline.co.uk/et/tutorial.htm Its absolutely the best around!
  16. my very good companion for several years have died... So I guess its time to get a new one.. Then the question is, should I go for 2060 rtx at once?
  17. bah, this feels like SD ET forums all over again, you cant really get help to anything. So I dropped out of the 2 I was in. gonna figure out stuff myself..
  18. Version 1.0.0

    1 download

just a little bridge prefab public domain
  19. Version 1.0.0

there is 2 prefabs, one as seen and one a bit destroyed CC0 public domain lisence
  20. well it was just made in 10 min in blender.. I didnt think of a game at all when I made it.. But when you say it I've probably seen something alike it at some point
  21. It‘s actually fun thinking this through. Here some more thoughts: - the covert ops might install a spy device in the enemies command post that then allows the engineer to switch this command post to be henceforth of the enemies team, so creating a new spawn or something. - the engineer can create everywhere in game an empty ammunition / health depot that then can be filled by the field ops and medic. Ammunition/medic doesn‘t disappear after being dropped unless picked up. - engineer can construct a portable device that shields the teammates from gunfire - engineer constructs a drone that can be used by the field ops to destroy specific targets
  22. I agree. Having this feature in Wolf ET would make a great game even better. 😎
  23. Here a few thoughts on what could be done. - the field ops could call air support that via parachut drops a device (shield) that the engi could use to protect himself from gunfire while constructing - engi constructs a telegraph that enables the covert ops to hear the enemies chat commands - the covert ops can via laser mark enemy soldiers that are then tagged by the field ops to receive airstrikes. So the airstrike moves with the tagged person
  24. I would add something related to that skill 1 can make skill 2 better etc. For example, if the engineer constructs a specific telegraph or something, then this makes the field ops capable to Call greater airstrike and enables the covert ops to hear the enemies in game voice commands (maybe even read them). So long story short, the team members are capable to increase the skills of the teammates. This is a great feature totally missing in ET.
